Siiri is based in Helsinki and works postdisiplinary between art, activism and architecture. Siiri graduated as an architect from the Aalto University in 2023. Siiri is trying to find new ways to work as an architect in the time of multi crisis. Siiri dreams about a city which would be creatively used and cared for by its human and more-than-human citizens.

Current work: Co-creative director of Soiva Metsä Festival, taking place in Northern Kainuu, Finland, in the summer of 2025. Teaching at Aalto University on a 12 credits masters studio course for architecture students called ”Architectures of activism, protest and resistance across time and space”. Teaching at the Cildren and youth architecture School Arkki for students aged 7 to 14. Active member of the You Tell Me Collective. Currently working with working grants from Finnish Cultural Foundation and Kone Foundation.

Coming work: HIAP Workspace residency in February 2025. Quiet North -exhibition, Fiskars, 2025. Residency at the ZK/U Berlin from September to December in the fall 2025 with the River Assemblies project.
